Corporate Realty Congratulates Neighborland!

In October of 2011, Austin Lavin and Casey Burka used Neighborland to ask ‘where an Indoor Rock Climbing Gym should be located in New Orleans, LA?’ At the time, the service was new and still working to develop an audience but Austin and Casey still received some great feedback and helped build valuable buzz for Casey’s client. Recently, The Saratoga, a residential development developed by Wisznia | Architecture + Development used Neighborland to ask ‘what retail neighbors and residents would like on the Corner of Tulane and Loyola?’

These are two of the first examples of commercial real estate companies using Neighborland, but today The Obvious Corporation, the ideas incubator and firm started by Biz Stone, Evan Williams and Jason Goldman, announced that they have invested in Neighborland with True Ventures, Lerer Ventures, SV Angel, CrunchFund, and Voodoo Ventures insuring that Corporate Realty will be the first of many companies that will take advantage of this platform.

We are very excited to congratulate Neighborland on this tremendous milestone. They are great examples of the innovation coming out of New Orleans, and we look forward to continuing to using their service and watching them grow.
