Berthelot won the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the New Orleans Metropolitan Area REALTORS® Achievement Award for Top Landlord Office Lease of 2011 and Director of Commercial and Investment Brokerage, Hayden Wren was inducted into the CID Hall of Fame in recognition of his career achievements.
