Chipotle Mexican Grill to Open First Two Louisiana Restaurants

Richard Weber represented Chipotle Mexican Grill in their expansion into Louisiana with their first two of what will eventually be many Louisiana restaurants.  The burrito chain will open restaurants in Elmwood and in Baton Rouge near LSU’s North Gates in mid-2012 delighting their fans who took to Facebook to encourage the restaurant to open local locations. Since the restaurant was founded in 1993, the chain has grown to more than 1,100 restaurants across the U.S., U.K and Canada and continues to expand quickly.

Chipotle has an exclusive relationship with Corporate Realty in Louisiana and we’re thrilled to have been able to help them grow in the Louisiana market.

    OMG OMG OMG. I work in Elmwood. I have been writing to Chipotle for years begging them to come down here since I moved from Dallas in 2006. I can hardly wait. OMG
